An invited talk on Higher Education in the United States was organised by the Department of Chemistry in collaboration with Assam Science Society,Tezpur Branch on 22-11-2013. It was delivered by Dr Lyman H. Rickard of Millersville University, Pennyslavania,USA. He is Fulbright Scholar.
